MANUS IN MANO is responsible for shipping your orders within 1-3 days via USPS. Items that take more than 1-3 days to ship, will have it written in each product description. If there is a delay of any kind, due to weather, we will alert you via email almost immediately.
Refund Policy
MANUS IN MANO will issue a refund if the item(s) sold are defective and/or not as described. We require a detailed explanation of your reason for a refund request and photos within 2-3 days upon delivery of the items sent to email manusinmano2018@gmail.com. We will email you with a response within 2-3 business days. Once these steps have been completed, we also require an immediate initiation of a return shipment for further physical investigation by our team.
