Shipping Policy
All shipping is done via USPS Priority, as it has tracking information.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available for all items except pillows and wearable items, such as scarves and cowls. Items may be returned up to 30 days after purchase. Funds will be deposited back into the account after I have received the item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation of orders must be done within 24 hours. As soon as an order is placed, I immediately begin preparing the item or items for shipping. If after the item has shipped, the process for refunds will be adhered to; exchanges can be handled on an individual basis. Ultimately, customer satisfaction is my priority. I will work to make things right.
