Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping with any purchase over $50.
  • With free shipping, we use the basic shipping method with USPS that arrives from 10 to 15 business days.
  • We also provide shipping for $15, in case you need your package sooner and delivered in person.
  • We highly suggest you type in the correct address, otherwise we will not be held responsible for any packages sent to another address.
  • Once we process the order and print the shipping label, we will send you a tracking number.
  • It takes two to three business days to process the order. 
  • Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, it is out of our control. Please refer to the tracking    number provided to track your package, or call the USPS directly.
  • We ship our items from Washington State.
  • We ship within the United States and Puerto Rico Only.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable.

Refund Policy

We will provide a full refund to the original form of payment when you meet the following:

  • When you request a refund by email within three days of delivery date
  • The package is post marked any day within 15 days after delivery date
  • The item is in the same condition that you received it: NEW, CLEAN, AND COMPLETE
  • The item is in its original package
  • Once the package arrives and has met the prior conditions, we will process the refund to the original form or payment. That may take 5 to 7 business days. Please check with your bank directly.

We will not provide a refund at any time when:

  • We have not received an email requesting a refund within the three days after delivery date
  • The item has been broken or damaged
  • The item has been used
  • The contents of the package are incomplete
  • The item was purchased on sale or at a discounted price
  • The package is postmarked 30 days after the original delivery date
  • The item never arrives

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges.

You can cancel within 12 hours after your order has been placed.

To return an item and request a refund please do the following:

  • Send an email with a picture of the item you wish to return.
  • Send an email with the original proof of purchase, invoice, and/or receipt with the purchase dates on it.
  • Send an email within three days of the delivery date. (USPS send notifications to Fiocollection once an an item has arrived

Once we receive the returned item we will:

  • Send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Then we will inspect the item to review if it meets the criteria mentioned above.
  • After the item is inspected we will send you an email letting you know if a full refund is approved or not.
  • Once your refund is approved we will process a return to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to the credit to show in your account. If after contacting you do not see a credit within those days please send an email to let us know, and/or contact your bank.

You will be responsible for paying shipping when returning an item.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
