Shipping Policy

Turn around time for orders is 2-4 business days. 

Turn around time for custom orders depends on the design time.  I will send several drafts to choose from.  After the design is chosen, I will ship within 2-4business days.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package.  I ship through Pirate Ship (discounted rates) via USPS or UPS. 

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of my products, I DO NOT issue refunds.  Although, if something is broken, dented, or damaged in any way, I will make things right.

Please notify me within 5 days if something is wrong.  If there is any damage during shipping, I will try to help you work it out with the shipping company.
