Shipping problems
If a package gets lost on its way by the tracking and does not arrive in a month and a half from the date of shipping to the US 2 months to other countries, I'll reship the jewel again or refund your money.
IF A PACKAGE REACHES YOU WITHOUT THE CONTENT and you see it's been stolen ( hole in the package or such ) please file a damage complaint at the local postal office.
Only after you do this, I'll refund your money or send you a new item.
IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO ME DUE TO BEING UNCLAIMED
you can pay for extra shipping+ handling funds, and I'll send it to you again, or I can refund your money minus the shipping + handling fees ( this refund isn't possible in custom orders ).
Refund Policy
In case you have canceled your order before it was shipped you will receive a full refund for your money.
I want you to be 100% satisfied when doing business with me. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply inform me in writing of your wish to return the item or items to me within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, I will issue a full refund (excluding an original delivery charge) when receiving the jewel back in the new shape, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred.
Please send the jewel in these cases in registered mail, so there will be tracking of the package on it's way back to me.
