All items are shipped from Chino Valley AZ within 3 days, and shipped via USPS with tracking.

Refund Policy
Every effort is made to deliver quality handmade items, but we also understand there are times when returns/refunds may be necessary.
Refunds within thirty (30) days if not satisfied or upon receiving any damaged merchandise.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations are allowed prior to shipment only. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
