Shipping Policy
Orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. We offer standard First class shipping through USPS on all orders. Orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days upon shipping. Larger orders automatically are upgraded to Priority mail 2-3 day shipping.
Do we ship internationally?– No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
Refund Policy
We do not accept returns, however in the event of a customer receiving damaged merchandise an exchange will be made with no additional shipping costs. We ask that the customer immediately submit a photo of the damaged goods and we will ship out a new piece as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that these are limited pieces. If your item is not in stock you will be notified and given the option of a full refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We want to offer our customers the best service possible. We make every effort to ensure the quality of our jewelry. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your goods you can exchange it within 7 days after receiving it. The jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
