Shipping Policy
We are a home based, homeschooling mama run business. We always aim to ship your orders within 1-2 business days, but most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. During our busy season (the months of September - December, please allow up to 4-7 business days) to process your order prior to shipping.
We ship via USPS. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided once your shipping label has been created.
Wrong address? Please email [email protected] as soon as you discover the error. We will do our best to edit the address prior to shipping, though it is not guaranteed. If the wrong address is entered, the customer will be responsible for covering additional shipping costs to resend.
Refund Policy
At Brave and Courageous, we’re excited for you to get the candles we hope make your heart leap with joy! So it’s certainly a bummer when we hear your items have arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product your way!
Send photos of your damaged/incorrect items within 7 days of receiving your order (per tracking information) to [email protected] and we’ll do our best to make it right!
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you need to update shipping information, please email [email protected] as quickly as you can, as we sometimes are able to get orders out very quickly! We do not accept returns or exchanges; however, should any of your products arrive damaged or we sent the wrong product your way, please email us so we can make that right! :)
