Shipping Policy
Our candles are handmade with love using all natural soy wax, phthalate free fragrances and cotton wicks. Because 1133 Candles are unique and handcrafted, slight variations are expected and do not effect the burn ability. We ship all orders in the United States and do not ship internationally at this time. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail or first class mail within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). During the Summer and Christmas, we are closed for one week on vacation and will process all orders when we are back in the office.
Refund Policy
We do not offer returns, however if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to refund or replace the item. Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Simply, email a photograph with a full description to [email protected] within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Keep all of the packaging materials and do not use any of your products until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier. We will resolve the issue for you via USPS and send a replacement for your damaged item.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve. We aim to provide 5 star customer service and want our clients to enjoy using our candles in your home!
