The companion painting was inspired by a piece of decor I saw in a dollar store, which had the phrase “sweet freedom”. It hit me deeply, which I could not explain in the moment, but after pondering I realized it was a guidepost. God is about to do the miraculous, and we are about to experience freedom in a way we have never known before. I painted it to resemble a sheet cake, and these earrings carry the sprinkles; a prophetic sign of celebration for those who would hear it!

The art is painted on a wooden disc and covered by a clear glass cabochon, giving the art a 3-dimensional look. Earrings are nickel-free iron and close with a butterfly back.
