Orders for a coffee mug placed Monday thru Friday, will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.
Refund Policy
Returns and refunds only accepted if there has been a mistake made by me and only within 10 days of customer receipt. I will correct any error and mail the new product to the customer.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Any cancellation must be done within 24 hours or receipt of the order since items are made upon order. There are no returns or exchanges if the item order is acceptable to the customer.
