*Provide order information and brief explanation of why you need a refund. Photos of damaged items if that is appropriate
*If a refund is granted, it is the customer’s responsibility to send the product(s) back.
*Once the prodcut(s) have been returned and they have been inspected, a refund to the original
payment method will then be granted.
*Refunds may take 5-7 business days
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
*Each of our products listed is a finished product and we work very quickly to get your order shipped out to you. Once your order is placed, we do not accept cancellations.

*If an items needs to be exchanged due to it arriving damaged or being incorrect, please email us at [email protected]. Contact us within 48 hours of order delivery and please include photos of damaged items. If it needs to be exchanged due to it being an incorrect item or size, please include what needs to be corrected.
*If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement. We will need the products sent back to us.
*If an exchange is needed, after contacting us, ship the product(s) back with what it needs to be replaced with. (Different size, color, etc). If there is a difference in price that will be charged to you. We will pay one time to have an exchange shipped.
