Upgraded Priority Shipping: If you opt for our upgraded priority shipping option, the processing time remains 1-2 days, while the shipping time is accelerated to 2-3 days. This ensures a faster delivery for your convenience. For all other orders, we utilize first-class mail, which typically takes approximately 3-5 days. Important Address Details: We kindly request that you ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. In the event of an incorrect address, Knitted & Known cannot be held responsible for mis-delivery. Refund Policy

We are here to help! While our return policy is strictly enforced for the safety and reputation of our business and customers, we will always be willing to chat and see how we can assist. Please read carefully below and reach out to us when you're ready! Items eligible for exchange & returns:
  • New in packaging with tags attached
  • Not worn or washed
  • Within 10 days of delivery
  • Exchanged for a product of equal value
  • Free of odor, stains, and pet hair or any of the like and kind that would prevent resale.
  • Purchased directly from Heavenly Sleeps or Knitted & Known LLC. No BST/Consignment products can be returned or exchanged even if all other requirements are met. There must be an official Heavenly Sleeps or Knitted & Known order number and delivery confirmation provided in the name of the customer requesting the exchange or return. If your item was a gift, please have the original customer reach out to us to confirm purchase order.
Terms: At the discretion of Knitted & Known LLC, if product appears used or damaged in photos / videos provided by customer that would have happened in transit or after delivery, product will not qualify for a return or exchange. Knitted & Known LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@knittedandknownco.com If your return is accepted, we will send you specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
