Difficulty level is intermediate. Requires knowledge of increasing, decreasing, knitting in the round, and working from a chart using 2 colors. Also has the option of working using intarsia in the round.

Instruction for 1 Size:

Adult – 21-23″ –  circumference

Yarn required:

This hat is knit up using 2 colors of worsted weight yarn. 

You will need approximately 175 yards main color and 30 yards contrast color.

Needles, Tools and Notions: 

US 7 (4.5 mm) 16″ Circular Knitting Needle 

US 8 (5 mm) 16″ Circular Knitting Needle

Set of Us 8 (5 mm) Double Point Needles (DPNs) 

Stitch Marker

Darning Needle

Faux Fur Pompom (if desired)
