Product Description

Done in subtle colors of late fall – reds, yellow, gold and fading green –
this necklace could be a daily upgrade to any of your outfits throughout fall
and winter. The 2 and a quarter inch pendant is a Russian Picture Jasper,
embroidered in Japanese seeds and Czeck glass, backed with softest Italian
sheepskin. The necklace is 19’ long, made with Czeck glass roundels and pearls
and finished with a “swan” brass plated clasp. Comes in a beautiful gift box. shipping is included in the cost.

Shipping Policy

My pieces are ready for shipping in 3-5 business days, by Ecopost, from Israel. It usually takes up to 2 weeks to USA. Please understand that I am as much a client of the post office as you are, and once the package is handed over, it is up to the post office to deliver it on time. In case of significant delays or misdirected items, I will do my best to sort out issues on my side.

Refund Policy

I will only issue a refund if a buyer contacts me within a week of receiving an item with a proof of defective materials or defect by the maker. If I am satisfied with the evidence, I'd ask the buyer to mail the item back to me and issue a refund after receiving the item back. Please take notice that I always video the items and their packaging before mailing them to buyers.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 days from placing them. Once the order is mailed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Orders may be returned only after prior discussion with the seller and only if materials or workmanship are defective. In this case the buyer should contact me within a week of receiving the item with a proof of defect. If I am satisfied with the evidence, I'd ask the buyer to mail the item back to me and issue a refund after receiving the item back.
