“Rivers Flow” Silk Scarf

Resist paste was used on lightweight habotai silk scarf with hand rolled hem, 15″ x 60,” to create the impression of my design depicting growth or flow out of a heart. The silk was over-dyed in natural Indigo dye bath while the resist paste was still in the silk. I paired this scarf with John 7:38, ‘He who believes in Me, as Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” This may be used as a scarf, sash, table runner, silk around a centerpiece, window dressing, or worship/dance flag.
