What carriers and services do you offer?

Orders may be sent out via USPS, UPS or FedEx in one-two business days for shipment depending on order time of day. If you provided us with an email address or phone number, we usually send a tracking number for your convenience to follow your package update.

How long is the handling time between when an order is placed and when it will ship?

Orders will be Process immediately or in one-two business day if item(s) is in stock. However, some item(s) may take up to 1-3 business day before shipping. We ask that you would be patient because we aim to ship your package in a safe and efficient manner.

Do orders need to be placed before a specific time?

Orders need to be placed before 1:00 Pm Eastern Standard time in-order for one business day shipment.

Is there anywhere you don't deliver, like P.O. boxes, specific states or countries?

At this time, we only delivery in the United States until further notices

Refund Policy

How long does a customer have to return an item?

Customer have up to 14 business days after delivery to return merchandise with the original sales receipt/packing slip and price tags attached. For damaged/defective merchandise, customers have up to 5 business days after delivery to contact store for authorization of damaged items to be returned and up to 7-10 days after contacting the store for shipping damage item (s) to be returned.  You may send a picture of the effective item(s) via email to: [email protected].

What is the procedure for a return or exchange?

Customer must contact the Store via Phone or email address. If merchandise is damaged/defective from manufacture or you were sent wrong item(s). Some Item on Sale are Final. Please make sure you input the right sizes and colors. The items that are final will be specific in description.

Who pays to return items back to you?

The Family Shop pays for shipment return, if the merchandise were damaged/defective or wrong item(s) were sent. We will provide a return label, if one hasn't been provided with merchandise already.

Are there any items that are not returnable, such as sale items, or items that have been opened or used.

If an item has been opened, and we can't reseal it, we're unable to accept it back. You're welcome to call the store on 772-577-6097 to talk with a salesperson to make sure you can send merchandise back.  

Do you offer full refunds, exchanges, or store credit?

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Do you offer full refunds, exchanges, or store credit?

If you ordered merchandise in the wrong size, you may request an exchange or store credit or refund; however, you are responsible for shipping the item back to the store at your cost. If you request a refund, there is a 15% restocking fee. If you would request an exchange or store credit you may choose another item of the same value and we will ship it to you. Also, if you cancel an order and it is processed through our processing terminal, you will be charged a 15% restocking Fee.
