Shipping Policy
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Domestic shipping (inside of Israel)
All orders inside of Israel will be shipped via Registered Domestic Mail Service. Delivery may take up to 7-10 business days.
If you want your order to be delivered quickly, within a couple of days, then there is a door-to-door courier delivery option. Select an update while placing an order.
International Delivery
I appreciate your every order. Every time I fulfill an order - I do it with special love and care, and therefore I want to be sure that the customer will receive his (her) package. For this reason I stopped using basic Registered mail Service and started to use Eco Post Mail Service. It is a reliable and fast service with end to end tracking. Actually, you can see as your order travel - every step on its way to you. Estimated delivery time - up to 7-14 business days.
Wrong shipping address
If you have provided a wrong shipping address and your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and I’ll be happy to amend it.
If however you have provided a wrong shipping address and your order has already been shipped, in this case you will have to wait for the parcel to be returned to the sender. I will inform you once it is returned and you will need to cover the shipping cost for me to be able to ship it again to the correct address.
No refunds will be given to orders placed with the wrong shipping address.
What happens if I missed my delivery and it was sent back to sender
If a delivery is attempted and missed, subsequently left at a collection point, it is the customer's own responsibility to meet delivery schedules.
Customer is responsible to have safe mail box with written number of the house or appartment. If mail notification was missed, lost or taken by someone else or if the parcel is not collected within the time frame set by the postal provider, Crochet Toys by Elena bears no responsibility for the post that gets sent back to sender because of such incidences and there will be no compensation, replacement or refunds issued for it.
Refund Policy
I offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations: not accepted. Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchanges - during 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
