This is a bottom up, in the round striped beanie pattern with a stranded knitting portion in the middle.  Because the pattern is in identical sections, it is easy to adjust for different sizes and weights of yarn.

It is intermediate difficulty, can use double pointed or circular needles from US sizes 3-6, and works best with fingering, DK, or worsted weight yarn.
