Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance included.

  • I visit the post office on Mondays and Thursdays.

  • Orders placed after 1 PM CST on Thursday) will ship the following Monday.

  • Expedited or priority shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact me before ordering to confirm availability.

Processing Time

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for standard order processing.

  • I am closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Custom hand-painted items require 2 full days to dry after sealing to ensure lasting quality and protection. These are shipped once fully cured. These take aproximately 5 days to create.

  • If you need your item by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order. 

  • I can't expedite processing times. 

Local Pickup (for Handcrafted Items Only)

  • In-person pickup is available for handcrafted items if you are local to me, within 30 miles of 65803

  • If you'd prefer this option, please reach out directly to schedule a pickup time.

Shipping Method & Responsibility

  • All packages are shipped through USPS and include tracking and insurance.

  • Once a package has been handed off to USPS, it is no longer my responsibility. This is why insurance is includedto,  protect you in case of loss or damage during transit.

  • If an issue occurs, please file a claim with USPS. I’m happy to assist you with documentation if needed.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic orders: Typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • International orders: Please contact me beofre ordering for an estamate.
  • Please note: USPS delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Tracking is included with all orders for a better estimate. 

During Busy Seasons & Holidays

  • Processing and delivery may take longer during holiday seasons, sales events, or custom order surges.

  • I’ll communicate any expected delays as clearly and promptly as possible.

Refund Policy

Each item is created and packaged with love and care. Because many products are custom or handmade, refunds are offered only in specific situations:

Refunds Are Accepted If:

  • I made a mistake with your custom order (e.g., incorrect name, design, or color).

  • The product is defective or damaged due to my own fault, and not shipping upon arrival.

  • The product is not as described in the listing.

To Request a Refund:

  • Contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Include clear photos showing the issue so I can quickly assess and resolve the problem.

Refunds Are Not Issued For:

  • Custom or personalized items where no error was made.

  • Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders.

  • Shipping delays or issues outside of my control (please see the Shipping Policy for more details).

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped.

  • Once your order has been processed and marked as shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

  • For custom or personalized orders, please cancel within 12 hours of purchase if you change your mind, as I may begin work shortly after receiving your order.

Returns

  • Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of my products, returns are not accepted unless:

    • The item arrived damaged or defective

    • I made a mistake on a custom order

    • The item is not as described

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not typically offered due to the custom nature of most items.

  • However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out! I’m always happy to help resolve any concerns or make it right when possible.

If something isn’t right, I encourage you to contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order. I am closed Fridays and Saturdays, and those messages will be returned the following Monday. I believe in kindness, communication, and doing my best to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
