Shipping Policy
Our commitment is to ship orders as soon as possible, within two or three days, after you place an order; depend on availability, it can take us 1-2 weeks to fulfill some orders. This is because we personally prepare, heat press, and ship our Anointed T Shirts merchandise. We will notify you about any delay or issues with your order.
Every shipment across U.S.A. includes a package tracking number that you can easy follow via USPS website.
Free shipping offer (when available) valid only for contiguous U.S.A. customers via USPS Standard or Priority Mail, depending on weight.
Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 2-3 days upon delivery of the items .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We hope you love our merchandise, but if you wish to return your items, they must not have been worn and must be returned to us in the original packing.
