This piece is a combination of elements in two prophetic dreams I had in recent months. Naming this one was a process, as many names came to mind but none really fit what I wanted to say with it. So I called in the troops, specifically my best friend (one of my sisters), and she helped me greatly, even doing something I typically do when a word/phrase is given to me…looking up the definition. When she sent me “fall in”, it described everything I wanted this piece to convey!
“Falling in” is an urgent command, requiring soldiers to move and ALIGN quickly. The fire eagles represented here are doing just that, flying into formation. This painting is a clarion call, a summoning to the believer to realize the severity of the spiritual war we are in, and to stir us into manning our posts. Whether you are a watchman/scout, on the front lines, or in the med tent, every part of the battlefield is important in the Kingdom. Believers, FALL IN!
