Galilee Life is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for young entrepreneurs. We welcome minors under the age of 18 to become vendors on our platform, but with specific conditions to ensure their safety and compliance with legal requirements.

Conditions for Minor Vendors

1. Parental or Guardian Consent: Minors must have the explicit permission of a parent or legal guardian to become a vendor on Galilee Life.
2. Account Supervision: The account used by the minor must be supervised directly by their parent or legal guardian. This includes overseeing all activities related to the platform.
3. Financial Transactions: All financial transactions, including the use of credit or debit cards, must be conducted under the parent or legal guardian’s name and supervision. This extends to any third-party platforms that offer debit cards for minors, such as Venmo.
4. Profile Requirements: The vendor’s ‘About’ page must include a statement from the parent or legal guardian, for example, “I, [Parent/Guardian’s Name], consent to my child [Child’s Name] being a vendor on Galilee Life and selling products.”
5. Signup Agreement: This consent must also be explicitly stated during the signup process for becoming a vendor.

Purchases by Minors

• Minors under 18 are not permitted to make purchases independently. All purchases must be authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

Responsibility

• Account owners, typically the parent or legal guardian, are responsible for all activities conducted by the minor on their account. We recommend the use of parental control tools to monitor and limit online access as appropriate.
