How can I trust buying on Galilee Life? You are protected every time you place an order on Galilee Life. Each vendor has their own policies, but we override them if an injustice is made, helping you recover anything that could have gone wrong with your transaction. What are the shipping rates on Galilee Life? Galilee Life provides vendors the option to use USPS shipping to customers based on weight and location. Each order is normally shipped using 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail or as per each vendor’s shipping policy.

Who pays for shipping? Shipping is paid by the customer. Some vendors offer free shipping. Be sure to check each vendor’s product page for details.

Do customers need to create an account to purchase? No, customers can check out as guests without creating an account.

What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged? If your item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, report the issue by emailing us at [email protected] within 3 days after delivery. After verifying your claim, we’ll refund your payment.

How do I get started on Galilee Life as a vendor? Getting started is easy! Visit our Vendor Membership Page to set up your shop and start selling your Christian handmade, retail, or digital products.

What are the vendor fees? Our fees are simple and straightforward:
- Listing is always free and never expires!
- Monthly vendor subscription: $15.00.

How do I get paid? Payments are processed through PayPal immediately after a customer purchases from you. Funds are transferred directly to your PayPal account and can be moved to your bank account.
Note: Your customers do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.

What can I sell? On Galilee Life, we allow products that align with our values. We do not permit items that are vulgar, inappropriate, or go against Christian beliefs. We reserve the right to remove listings or close shops if our guidelines are not followed after multiple warnings.

Can I sell on Galilee Life if I’m outside the U.S.? Yes, as long as you can receive payments via PayPal and ship items internationally.

Can I change my vendor username? If you wish to change your Galilee Life username, please contact us at [email protected]. Username changes are not available manually through the site.

How will I be notified of a sale? You’ll receive an email notification with order details every time a sale is made. You can also log in to your Galilee Life vendor account to view orders.

How do I delete my vendor account? We hope you stay with us, but if you choose to delete your account, email us at [email protected] and allow 24-48 hours for processing.
