Shipping Policy
I ship via Canada Post and try to calculate as accurate shipping charges as possible. If I have overcharged you I will let you know, and will issue a refund for the amount. Some items might be able to be shipped via letter mail for $5 in Canada and $8 to USA. Please note letter mail does not include any insurance or tracking so choose at your own risk. If you would like to know if a certain item can be shipped letter mail, send me a message prior to placing your order.
Refund Policy
No refund on custom orders.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If not satisfied, you may return your item in its original state only. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. When seller receives the returned item, refund will be issued.
