Shipping Policy
Jacqueline Rose Jewelry processes orders within 3-5 business days unless product description reads "handmade to order." Handmade to order items can take up to 3 weeks to ship but we always aim to ship within our 3-5 business day window. Items are shipped via USPS priority mail and arrive in 1-3 business days for domestic orders.
International orders are shipped via USPS and may take up to two weeks for delivery once processed.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange on regularly priced items within 12 business days of purchase. Due to the nature of our small business and intricate work on handmade items, we do not refund shipping charges and we do not cover return shipping fees. All sale items are final.
