Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping rates on all orders, delivering from Australia, across Australia and to select international destinations. Check out the list below for more details.

Although express shipping isn't available, if you're in a rush, we recommend placing your order in advance to allow enough time for delivery.

While we always try to get your order packed and shipped on the same day, sometimes it isn't possible. In those cases, we'll process your order as quickly as we can, usually within 5 business days from order date.

Delivery times start once the postal service or shipping courier picks up your order. Keep in mind that the delivery speed is managed by the courier or postal service in your country, and the delivery timeframe is in their hands once we hand over your package.

In the unlikely event that any extra duties, taxes, or charges come up when your jewellery order arrives in your country, please note that Matana The Label does not cover these fees. They can vary depending on country—some orders may have no extra charges, while others might. These fees are set by your local customs authority, and unfortunately, we don't have control over them. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Countries we ship to and their expected delivery times are provided to us by our shipping courier. Please note busy periods & periods of disruption may result in longer standard delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 5-11 business days standard delivery times

  • United States: 8-14 business days standard delivery times

  • New Zealand: 4-11 business days standard delivery times

  • Australia: 6-10 business days standard delivery times

Please be aware that while we ship to selected international countries, some regions or cities may be excluded. You can check if your location is eligible during the checkout process.

During busy periods, shipping times may be impacted. We recommend checking with your courier for their specific deadlines.

Once your order is on its way, we'll keep you updated on its delivery progress until it arrives at your doorstep.

Refund Policy

REFUNDS

  • Given the nature of our beautiful jewellery pieces, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds due to healthy & safety reasons. If your items arrive damaged due to our fault, please send us a picture within 72 hours of receiving the item. The inspection & result of assessment of damage is at the discretion of Matana The Label.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If the item is damaged, All return requests need to be made within 72 hours of the receipt date. Any return requests made outside this period will be denied.

  • All return requests are to be made via info@matanalabel.com. Once we have assessed your request, we will provide you with details on how to send through our items to be returned.

  • We quality check each item before it is sent. If customers receive incorrect items or receive products that are damaged they will receive a refund at the disrection of Matana The Label (Please note, at Matana The Label we undertake strict quality control checks prior to shipment and upon receiving returned items).

  • Upon receiving a returned item that does not comply with the return conditions mentioned above, it will be returned back to the customer at their expense.

  • The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense, we do not refund or credit the cost of your return shipping costs.

  • Unfortunately we cannot hold items for exchange while your item is returned.

  • Be sure to use a traceable delivery method for your returning your item/s, as Matana The Label are not held responsible for lost/ damaged returns in transit.
