Shipping Policy
U.S and Canada Shipping
- Order delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the day the item was shipped to you.
- It is of high importance that you state the correct shipping address during check out.
- Once processed, US orders typically take at least 3 business days to be delivered. Canada orders typically take at least 5-8 business days to be delivered.
- We will inform you if there are any delays. Please note, that delays may arise during holidays or during inclement weather.
- We ship free of cost in the U.S and Canada, however, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- As soon as your order is ready to ship from our fulfillment center, you will receive an email with tracking information.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS, YOU COULD RECEIVE THEM IN SEPARATE SHIPMENTS!
Refund Policy
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive theย item for the refund to appear inย your account.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Return Process
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it, free of make-up, deodorant stains and free of odor. The item(s) must have original tags and labels, shoes must have original boxes.
For U.S orders, the item(s) must be sent back to us within 10 days from the day it was delivered to you.
For International orders, item(s) must be sent back to us within 14 days from the day it was delivered to you.
You areย responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exchange Process
For US orders:
1. Please fill out and include our Return Slip Form which is part of the invoice that comes with your original order and mark whether you need a refund or an exchange.ย If you lose or misplace your return slip, please contact us (customersupport@myroyalcloset.com) and we will email you one for your return.
2.ย We only allow 1 time exchange per itemย andย as a courtesy shipping will beย free. We cannot exchange an item more than once.
ย For International orders:
Unfortunately we do not exchange items for international orders. However, we can provide you withย a store credit for the value of the item (not including shipping cost) if the items being returned meet the criteria stated above.
