Product breakdown: For each use, it is recommended to use 1/2 Tablespoon for adequate facial coverage, but you can use more or less depending on how thick you’d like the paste. For the full-size jar, at 1/2 Tbsp biweekly, you can use it around 13.6 times or for 6.5 weeks. If you do it once a week, double that. For the half-ounce option, it will give you 1 week of use for 2 times, or 1x for 2 weeks, and the 5 ml try it size is for 1-time use. The bamboo powder really loves your skin, and can sometimes want to linger. Rinse thoroughly, and if needed, use a second washcloth after the first rinse to remove a few stragglers!

Ingredients:

–Organic Bambusa Arundinacea Stem (Bamboo) Powder: Bamboo powder is used as a natural, hypoallergenic, and biodegradable gentle exfoliant. It is filled with vitamins C and E and also contains high levels of silica which helps moisturize skin! It helps remove dead skin cells from the face more gently than chemical exfoliants like AHA’s such as Salicylic acid and helps brighten skin. Natural powders are more gentle on the skin than using small plastic beads and are also safer for the environment. 

-Organic Musa Sapientum (Banana) Powder: Bananas are amazing fruits full of minerals like iron and zinc and vitamins A, B, C, and D. As a powder, it is a gentle exfoliant that helps brighten and tone skin. When you apply this powder to your skin, it will feel tighter. It also helps moisturize your skin, so your skin won’t feel dry and stripped after use. It also smells so yummy and helps depuff while you’re at it! Safe for all skin types.

– Oryza Sativa (Rice) Starch: Helps repair and maintain the skin’s natural skin barrier, and is made from non-glutinous rice. Contains many minerals such as copper, iron, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc. It is also said to help balance the complexion, and since it is a starch, it can help absorb oil too.

–Hydrogenated Simmondsia Chinensis Jojoba and Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil Beads: Jojoba is a natural wax that looks like an oil. Hydrogen is added to make the wax and oil into spheres. These tiny beads are perfectly smooth to very gently remove dead skin, dirt, and oil to exfoliate skin in a very soft gentle way. This wax and oil combination also adds moisture to the skin.
