Galilee Life is a Christ centered family. It is a multi-vendor online site with a focus and a deep passion to enrich lives through fashion. Our team helps bridge the gap between retailers, out of home closet sellers, handcrafters and thrifters. With a platform that is fashion based, we wanted to provide the freedom for people from all walks of life to sell online from the comfort of their homes. A holistic community of users will be established, where all are encouraged and welcomed to connect with each other based on common interests. Our growing customer base is in deep need of like-minded vendors who care about their needs and we feel that all people with a passion to make a difference in the lives of others, belong on our platform. With the creation of these shops, we are able to fulfill one of our main purposes, which is our love for connecting people for meaningful relationships and businesses to one another for scalable success, which is how we measure our success. This stems from our foundational belief that God has created us all as valuable, beautiful and important individuals, meant to make this world a better place somehow. Our how, just so happens to be within the retail and fashion space.
Buyers will enjoy Galilee’s fashion inspirations while easily easing into private tours through virtual shops created on the platform by merchants. We hope to provide consumers with a shopping experience that is much more personal and meaningful. Shops will be customizable for ease of organization by categories. To further enhance Galilee’s distinctive business model, we provide a personalized uplifting experience for both the merchant and consumer within interactive written forums in which each will receive encouraging messages, available to all like-minded users.

2. How do I get started on Galilee Life as a vendor?
Create your shop under SELL ON GALILEE and complete your profile by entering your email address, password and press Register. You do not need to apply to become a vendor, as soon as you register, you are able to create a shop and begin your entrepreneurship experience. Once your profile has been completed, login to your shop under SELLER DASHBOARD.
In Store Settings you can find and manage; Storefront (create your shop’s name). When you fill out the storefront information and click on save options, you will notice that when clicking on my shop at the top of the page, you will be taken to a new page and in that website link you will see that it ends with the name of your shop. You can use this link to share on your social media pages to begin marketing your shop. At the top of the page, you will also notice an ADD PRODUCT, please click on it to begin adding your products.
Tip: You do not need a professional photographer for your product pictures, list an item for sale in less than 60 seconds by just snapping a picture, adding a detailed description, and see just how easy it is to make your first sale! Under STATS/REPORTS you will be able to view a high-level report of your sales, order placements, earnings, products purchased and number of customers to date. This will help you stay organized and see exactly where you are in your sales by date range. These are easily exportable to an excel sheet for personal reference. Under ORDERS you will be able to view all of your orders to date, with their unique order ID, date the item was purchased, your earnings, status and if there’s a pending action, like an order that still needs to be shipped. Under PAYMENTS, you can find a history of all of the past and current transactions.

3. What are the vendor fees?
Our fees are simple and straightforward: Listing is always free on Galilee Life
When you make a sale, we deduct a few from your listing price. For all sales, the fee is 15% of the listing price and you keep 85%.
Here’s what you get: A free pre-paid shipping label, Free credit card processing through Pay Pal, Customer support and Galilee Life buyer protection, for your buyers.

4. Where can I find the shipping and refund policies I should use with my customers?
Please visit our TERMS AND CONDITIONS tab located at the bottom of our home page. You may use our policies as your own and share them with your customers for an ease of mind.

5. How do I sign up for a monthly subscription or one-time gift box?
Click on the SURPRISE GIFT BOX located in the middle of the homepage and complete your profile, making sure to provide us with your specific details, to help us find the best items for you. We recommend adding a picture to the profile, you are allowed three. You can use the upload buttons to also add pictures of outfits you have that are intriguing to you.

6. Can I buy and sell on Galilee Life if I am not in the United States?
Galilee Life is currently only available in the United States and its territories. We are working on having international shipping available for international vendors and customers very soon, so please check back!

7. Can I change my vendor username?
If you wish to change your Galilee Life username, please contact us at [email protected]. Please choose your usernames wisely as it cannot be changed manually by you. If you forget your password, please follow the prompt by clicking lost your password and you can easily reset it.

8. How do I delete my account?
We hope you stay with us long-term, but if you wish to delete your account, please send us an email at [email protected] and allow 24-48 hours for a response.

9. How can I trust buying on Galilee Life?
You are protected every time you place an order on Galilee Life. When you purchase an item on Galilee Life, we keep your payment safe and secured and are allowed full refund, if after 3 days of the purchased item, you are not satisfied. If you have any further questions related to this, please be sure to send an email with subject Order Inquiry at [email protected].

RETURNS:
We strive to make our customers happy. If the item you receive is damaged, the wrong item or not as described, or if any items are missing, then you must report the issue by emailing us within 3 days after delivery at [email protected] to let us know. After we verify your claim, we’ll refund payment. If we don’t hear from you by 3 days after your order is delivered, we’ll assume everything is OK.

10. What are the shipping rates on Galilee Life?

Galilee Life provides USPS shipping to customers dependent on where they live. Each order is shipped using 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is paid for by the buyer.
