Top tools for your Business
Automate, automate, automate!! I read and re-read this in so many webinars, classes and emails! I didn’t want to listen though! To me automation meant making intense calendars and scheduling everything down to the minute, and boy has it been a life changer!!!!
I’m just going to talk about two quick services that you can use to change how you run your business and make it easier on yourself.
Automation is really just applying a process that does multiple steps in one action saving you much needed time to do other things like create, and hangout with friends and family.
The first app you need if you love Instagram is Planoly. There are a lot of schedulers out there but I love Planoly. You are still making posts but it’ll post at whatever time you choose. Say you are always picking the kids up at 3 pm and IG analytics tell you Tuesday at 3 pm is the best hour to post. Well now you can pick up the kids and post at 3! You can also place mark your stories. IG doesn’t allow for automatic story uploads, (boo) but it’ll still remind you at the time you want the story up. Add your gifs or polls and you are good to go!
The other must use app is IFTTT! Talk about a game changer! You can do so many awesome things with this! With one blog post, I can add it to a tweet, to Pinterest and send out an email all at once, without having to go into email, Twitter or Pinterest. I can upload to photo album on my Facebook business page. Whatever I can dream of, I can do!
